Doris has been elected the Queensland AFDA President for 2011-2013
It will come as no shock to you who know Doris that she has been elected the new Queensland AFDA (Australian Funeral Director’s Association) President. Her years of hard work and dedication to the funeral industry have been recognised by her peers as they entrust this important role to her for the 2011-2013 period.
Doris hopes to increase community awareness of the importance of the AFDA as an accreditation body within the funeral industry – only funeral companies who meet their Code of Conduct and facilities and staff development & training requirements can be members.
